Deer Shedding Antlers

These pieces were done for inktober, the first one I drew was the Deer, following along the spooky themes, I had come across deer shedding their antlers, and i thought it looked really cool. So taking inspiration from it, I decided to add the velvet to the piece to make it a zombie theme! That’s also the reason for the drool, in order to add extra finesse.
3 Sword Style

The second drawing I did was the Zoro drawing, he is one of my favorite characters from One piece, and with the theme of Pierce, I thought it was perfect. The pose was inspired by his 3 sword technique, one that I always thought was pretty interesting with how he held them, keeping his most precious blade in his mouth. The second drawing I did was the Zoro drawing, he is one of my favorite characters from One piece, and with the theme of Pierce, I thought it was perfect. Double Black and The Tree’s Keeper
The 3rd drawing was 2 different themes combined on one paper. While they don’t relate to each other they are both unique on their own. The upper half being from the theme, rivals, of whom I picked Dazai and Chuuya. Two characters from the anime Bungo stray dogs, they are known to have been in a partnership/rivalry for 7 years. The bottom half is of a swampy forest for the theme, swamp, very fitting
I know. The idea took inspiration from traditional Japanese penmanship with a bit of my own technique involved. My most favorite part being the trees as I think they fit nicely into the background and make an isolated look. The 3rd drawing was 2 different themes combined on one paper. Temple of Anubis

Finally, the last drawing, “Temple of Anubis,” this one took the most time to complete, not only because i wanted every detail to perfect but it was a lot of trail and error with having to learn many new techniques in order to get the positioning correctly and if I had the time, and patience, I would have loved to have added some Egyptians Hieroglyphics along the walls. But over all, I was happy with how these turned out, and look forward to furthering my skill within the artistic community.
